About the property
The Bain Tavern is located in Strunac Bay on the island of Žut, the Kornati group of islands!
It is located within the Beach resort Bain together with modern mobile homes, its own swimming pool and a children's playground.
In our Bain tavern, we are proud to serve the freshest and highest quality fish. In order to achieve this, every day we go out to sea in our small boat Puhić to catch fish ourselves. Our experienced fishermen know the best fishing spots and use traditional techniques to catch fish with minimal damage to the environment.
By fishing with Puhić, we are able to bring in various fish that are not normally found in local markets, such as sea bass, grouper and grouper and the most popular hake. After we return to shore, our expert chefs carefully prepare the fish, using simple and traditional techniques that bring out the natural flavors of the fish.
By fishing every day, we are able to ensure that our guests at Bain get the freshest possible fish, which makes for a truly exceptional dining experience. So come and join us at Bain, where you can taste the difference our commitment to quality makes in every dish we serve.
